Interpol play Splendour pre-party on July 24th

From The Music:

"If you can’t attend this year’s epic Splendour In The Grass festival – and even if you can, but your thirst for revelry still yearns to be quenched – then you’ll be stoked to know the festival is throwing its official pre-party on Thursday, July 24, at Byron Bay’s The Northern.

Any run-of-the-mill pre-party would be excellent on its own, but Splendour isn’t your run-of-the-mill festival, and so the three-day camping event is taking things up a notch by bringing along line-up stars such as NYC-bred post-punk icons Interpol, Baltimore movers and shakers Future Islands, Lisbon-based six-piece techno/hip hop/dance fusion outfit Buraka Som Sistema, rising buzz band DMA’s, and Adelaide rapper Tkay Maidza, as well as showcasing DJ sets from Art Vs Science and Fishing.

Understandably, ticket availability will be strictly limited once they go on sale via The Northern from 9am on Thursday, June 26. Create/Control, Secret Sounds and Dew Process mail-out subscribers will have the first stab at tickets, from 9am the day before. Entry will set you back $65 plus a booking fee.
Head over to the Secret Sounds website for more information
