Paul Banks to release new solo album

Pitchfork has the news of a new solo album from Paul: "Interpol frontman Paul Banks released a solo album in 2009 under his alter ego Julian Plenti, titled Julian Plenti Is... Skyscraper in 2009. Now, he's at work on a new solo album for Matador that may or may not be released under the Plenti moniker. It's due later this year."
